TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between IMAGE Kitchen Appliances (“IMAGE”, “Company”) and the Customer.
1. General
By purchasing from IMAGE Kitchen Appliances, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
All products sold by IMAGE include kitchen appliances such as cookers, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, hoods, and related accessories.
Product specifications, colors, and features are subject to manufacturer design and availability.
IMAGE reserves the right to substitute unavailable models with similar alternatives upon customer approval.
3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier adjustments.
A quotation is valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For special orders, a minimum 70% deposit is required before procurement.
Balance payment must be completed before dispatch.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, POS, or approved methods.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery fees (if applicable) will be charged separately.
IMAGE is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Warranty
All appliances are covered strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty duration varies depending on the product type.
IMAGE is responsible for factory fault and will assist customers in processing warranty claims.
Warranty does not cover:
Power surge damage
Improper installation
Misuse or negligence
Physical damage after delivery.
8. Installation
Installation services (if offered) may attract additional charges.
IMAGE is not responsible for faults caused by third-party installers.
Customers must ensure proper electrical and plumbing connections before installation.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With intact seals and accessories
Used or installed appliances cannot be returned.
Refunds (if approved) may be subject to administrative charges.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled before dispatch.
Special order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once ordered from the supplier.
11. Limitation of Liability
IMAGE Kitchen Appliances shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
12. Force Majeure
IMAGE shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including supply chain disruptions, government regulations, or natural disasters.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
14. Acceptance
By making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
